After all, how many schools have their own flight training center, and aircraft constantly passing overhead in the perfect, year-round flying weather? Student Life

More than just an acclaimed university, Embry-Riddle is a dynamic community that provides a uniquely engaging living and learning environment, where students not only get an education, but also get involved. Through an array of co-curricular activities, we complement the academic experience and promote a well-rounded education. From concerts, comedians, festivals and other year-round special events, to Greek life and a variety of student clubs, there are countless ways to join in, take part and have fun. Along with the active environment on campus, students enjoy the inviting community around Embry-Riddle. The City of Prescott is rich with Old West history, and alive with a variety of restaurants, clubs and annual festivals. All around are opportunities for outdoor recreational activities, from hiking and mountain biking to camping and kayaking. Beyond Prescott in every direction, other destinations beckon, including the ski slopes of Flagstaff, the big-city attractions of Phoenix, the beaches of California and Mexico, and the excitement of Las Vegas.
